Hello Professional Designers or Professional Design Companies ; We are a online game company which is based in Turkey. We are leading populer online games in Turkey. We always need professional flash banners , newsletters , graphics and some information websites. We need someone who will be online on msn and we'll give him/her jobs to do and give him deadline and he/she'll do these jobs. We'll give everyday some little graphic designs and somedays big designs some week a website. That person needs to know flash , photoshop very well. We want to work 1 year with this person. We want minumum 5-6 hours a day for us. In this 5-6 hours that person wont care with other projects. There are a lot of companies in here who says "full time worker" but they hire this full time worker to other 10 companies too. We know in how many days a website can finish , in how may hours a banner can finish... So we want persons who tell always true and dont try to cheat us like i said. I didint write any budget because we can hire full time or part time designer. It depends on workers quality. I hope we can find good designers or design companies and work in long time.
