I need to update this coverage map for my business:

I would like to get back 2 things:
1. a new gif file with the following states shaded CA, OR, WA, MA, CT, IL, CO,
FL
2. a photoshop file with layers that will be easy for me to maintain in the
future as my business adds new states. I'd like it to be VERY easy to shade in
a new state so the graphic should be designed accordingly. I do not think that
the shaded states should be enlarged like they currently are because this adds
difficulty to maintaining the image.
Also, please play with showing Alaska and Hawaii on the map without shrinking
the size of the continental states much (send me a few examples of this).
The final image should be the same width as the current image and the height
should be very close to the same.
