A bid for the entire project will be appreciated. I have no experience in judging what kind of time might be involved in this project. Therefore, the suggested budget numbers are fairly broad. I would be willing to consider bids that exceed the maximum listed. I would also appreciate an estimate of the number of hours that might be required for this project and the hourly rate that is being used in this bid.
