Paying too much for web hosting?

We are looking to incorporate videos to promote our new product. A demo of the
style and feel we are interested in can be found at:

Please note that we DO NOT want a duplicate of this. Only take into
consideration the general ideas and feel of the video.
It must be a web friendly format: Ex. Quicktime or Flash.

We have two different uses for the product and more details can be supplied upon
request. One is above ground, on fences; the other is under ground. Both detect
intrusions/events that occur live. It utilizes fiber optic lines.
The best approach would be to create a video for each type.
When someone steps over the fiber and pressure is sensed, an 'event' occurs.
Likewise for the fencing which detects any movement/activity along a *large*
perimeter.
Please PM any demos you can create or previous work in this area. I want the job
done right and perfect, so when placing bids, please only reference the task at
