Description:	I have a new website design mock-up done in PSD format and would like to have someone create a wordpress theme based on it. I would also like to integrate a photo gallery open-source program with it. I would like to create dynamic galleries based upon IPTC keyword searches. I believe the program "Gallery2" is capable of this and also has a wordpress plug-in available. I have been updating my existing html site by using a wysiwyg editor (frontpage) and ftp'ing my data to the server. The new site will have to be user friendly to someone with limited skills to provide daily updates. Here's a re-cap of the project. 1) create wordpress theme based on my PSD file 2) integrate a photo gallery with IPTC keyword searching capability 3) install both on my server 4) tell me how to run it afterwards If you would like to place any kind of opening bid I can then PM you with a link to the .psd and a link to my existing site so you can see what I have going on and adjust your bid if necessary.
