Description:

This project should be very easy for those with the right experience. It
involves producing a program that can publish a photo album GUI.
The program should be able to customise the number of frames in the GUI that can
be chosen between an explorer menu, a photo window, and a description window.
All the 3 frames must be able to be resized accordingly even after publishing.
Explorer menu - Sorts out the photos according to category, alphabetically.
Should have a search/find function as well.
Photo window - Displays the photo. Should be compatible with common formats like
jpeg (jpe, jpg and jpeg), gif, tiff, bmp and png.
Description window - A scrollable window that allows about 10000 chars.
The photo album should have features that can support exporting (to software the
user can select through browsing) and copy and pasting (rightclicking) of the
photos, and printing functions.
The layout is not confirmed and more details on it will be provided once the
coder is selected.
