Description:	I would like to have a script where users can sign up for an event or remove themselves from an event for which they sign up. the names of the users attending would be displayed in a list on the page. it would require a username and password field to access an existing "\|" pipe delimited ascii file which stores member information to allow member to sign on for the event. it would also require an admin feature to create and modify the event name, reset the event, clear the member list or remove a member from the list. i would provide an html "mock up" of the display and a sample of the existing pipe delimited file.
