site needs to be professional and clean looking and fast loading/searching. You can sign up for a free fake account at manhunt.net to get a feel for all of the functions the site has to offer. It has some of the following features: Free ad posting Free ad searching ( user can search first 3 pages of results before being sent to a page which tells him he needs to sign up as a full member to receive all benefits of the site) Built In Email (see below) Chat (for full members only) Instant Messaging (for full members only) Photo Upload (up to 4 photos each account) Searchable Whos Online Search by State/City Basically the way the site works is you can sign up for a free account and post your ad & up to 4 photos and do a free limited search (returns all of the search results but you can only actually view the first 3 or 4 pages of results before being told to sign up and being blocked from continuing on to the next search results. If they try to chat/IM, they are also sent to the 'become a full member' page.) It has built in email and instant messaging. Each user gets a private mailbox in his members account area where he can send and receive email. You can also search by who is currently online in a certain city/state and/or age bracket. The site also says on the opening page how many people are currently online. It would also need a fully set up admin panel for editing/adding/deleting anything and everything. It also needs to work with ccbill to update the users account to full member if he pays for it and then if the user decides to cancel their membership or whatever, it needs to revert back to free access. Needs to have a similar layout & look to it as well, but be customizable easily. This site needs to have all features associated with manhunt.com and outpersonals.com.
