We need 1) to have the cgi scripts out put search engine freindly URLS in stead of http://www.mysearchengine.com/cgi-bin/cgsearch/cgsearch.cgi?query=freeware&submit=Search&where=web&bkw=y 2)We would like it to go both ways so we can also have links like http://www.mysearchengine.com/freeware/ and have the script execute properly. I have all the mod_rewrite info and FAQ it looks simple and I tried it with a .htaccess in the root web and it did not work.
