Description:	I need to load data from multiple text files into two MySQL tables. In addition I'll need the code you used to load the tables and detailed documentation related to how to run the code as I will need to reload the same tables in the future. Code must be well commented. I believe that the job will be done in PERL and SQL. Please see the attached requirements document (and read it) prior to submitting a bid.
