Description:

We require a PHP or Perl-CGI script written, which allows us to automatically
update job listings on our job board. The system can be quite simple and allow
for a reasonable amount of manual intervention. It is expected that job listings
will be received from our clients by FTP or email and the data in flat file
format. For jobs that have been filled, the script should remove them from the
database (they should be missing from the flat file). We would prefer for it to
be possible for our clients to FTP their listings directly to the job board,
with minimal intervention on our part. Our website is a PHP/MySQL site using the
PostNuke CMS. It can be viewed at http://www.joblist.co.nz
