THEM, THEY ARE BEYOND BELIEF WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMER SUPPORT, AND ARE THE DUMBEST HOSTING PEOPLE WE HAVE EVER MET) has disabled the IMPORT DATA FROM A TEXT FILE function of phpmyadmin, and now our website stopped working, because we cannot upload our daily excel file database to the server. Someone will need to write, or use a pre-written script that allows us to easily get the data from our excel file, into our server, and make sure it displays perfectly on our exisitng website. We already paid someone to write the scripts that show the data on our site, but without the data on the server, nothing works on the site! We must have an easy, guaranteed way to do this upload DAILY, and it MUST be something we can take with us to a new host (we are getting away from those idiots as fast as we can). Website is www.joyryderecords.com that will be using the database. We know this is easy, but so far, 11 other scripts have failed because this hosting company is too dumb to figure it out.
