Description:	I am looking for a scipt that will allow me to host advetisements customized by users through text and or html coding. I would like it to be self controled by the server and for advetisements to be organized into respective categories. I want users who post ads to go through a payment process and guest to be able to browse through all advertisements that are displayed several in a page. I am trying to run a dog breeder service that will allow users to post their breeder info as though it was an advertisement.
