Description:	I have a small .cgi file named upgrade.cgi It uses the last part of the url to query the username it uses to upgrade the username's account: http://www.website.com/upgrade.cgi?username Stormpay returns this url: http://www.website.com/upgrade.cgi?user_id=username The way the cgi script is written it is using user_id as part of the username, which doesn't work.
