I need a php script that will allow site visitors to post game reviews. I would
like to incorporate this script into an existing web site.
How it should work:
Visitor fills out form with the following fields:
Review Title:
Game name: [entered by visitor]
Type: [drop down box contains: Play Station 2, Game Cube, Play Station, Xbox,
Game Boy Advance, Game Boy, PC Games, Sega Dreamcast, Sega Game Gear, Sega
Genesis, Sega Saturn, Dreamcast, Nintendo 64, Super NES]
Rating: [visitor select 0 to 5]
Comments: [entered by visitor]
Tips/Tricks: [entered by visitor]
Submitted by: [this is clickable to their email address]
Email address: [entered by visitor]
IP Address: [hidden, does not get posted to website but is shown to admin in
email]
Once the review is completed the visitor goes to a thank you page. The review
does not get posted but waits in an admin area pending approval. The site admin
gets notified via email to approve the review. The admin can approve, edit or
delete the review. Admin can also see all of the previously approved reviews and
edit/delete them too.
Once approved the review should go on it's own page. I can show you what the
page looks like. A dynamic index page will be needed which lists all of the game
reviews. Most recent review is show at the top. Here's what the index page
shows:
[Review title] by [Submitter Name] on [Current Date]
