Description:	Hello, I am looking to run a Confidence Football pool that will run on the web. Users should be able to sign up for an account and every week choose from football games, predict the winner to each game and also from a drop down menu assign their confidence value to each game 1, 2, 3, etc. They should only be able to pick a number once, so if there was five games that week, they would have to pick teams based on their confidence from 1 (highest) to five (lowest). They should also be able to log in and edit their picks before the games deadline. The administrator should also be able to change the number of points assigned to each confidence value on a week by week basis.
