Description:

Need experienced web integrator to finish website. It's currently about 70%
finished. Very straightforward site. All static HTML, Javscript, and CSS. Only
forms need to be "dynamic" (if checkbox is selected, specific form fields
appear, PHP or CGI doesn't matter). All content and assets are ready. Site needs
to be "Dreamweaver-ready" for this client.
Should only be about 3-4 hours of work (seriously), but need someone tonight
(Sunday, 3/5) and tomorrow morning (Monday, 3/6). I am not a programmer and even
I could do the site, except for the forms. :)
Please know the basics:
- D/HTML/Javascript/CSS
- PHP/mySQL
- W3C standards
- cross-browser compatibility
- slice and optimize images in Photoshop/Imageready

There are only about 6 pages left + clean up -- 4 static
html/js/css pages, 1 static contact form, 1 dynamic quote request form (if a
specific checkbox is checked, new fields should appear, PHP/CGI doesn't matter).
The Photoshop/Imageready PSD's are all done and ready for slicing. Content is
done and ready for copy, paste, and general formatting.
