Description:	I have a script that receives data from an html form. The form is a test and the script grades the test. For passing grades, a certificate is issued. For failing grades, a failure report is issued. This is what I need. For passing grades, I need most of the data received by the script sent to a specific email address in a specific format. I know this is simple, but I'm ignorant of email scripting. Upon acceptance, I'll send the script along with the details. This is for a windows-based server. I do not give access to my PWS.
