Description:	I had a wonderfull design created for my e-commerce website, the design can be viewd here: http://smarttechinternational.com/final4.jpg However the guy who was implementing the design did 3/4 of the job and left some unfinished in an attempt to charge extra money, i dont appriciate dis-honest people. the unfinished job can be seen here: quicksmartphone.com I need someone who for a reasonable price will do a good job & complete the implementation of the site according to my instructions which include creating a few custom modules for the site based on the design which is being implemented into ZenCart in a way that it does not need to be updated by the programmer but rather once implemented it should be accessible by me via the ZenCart admin panel to make any modifications neccessery.
