Design - similar to ex low.com but better, including logo - colors easy on the eyes but attractive and catchy - you must come up with the content: be professional and try to get people to sign up - need 5 banners and atleast 2 must be animated Programming - 3% flat fees for webmasters and programmers on projects - $20 featured projects and job listings - escrow and account payment system just like Scriptlance - Paypal fees automatically calculated and added to deposit amount (same with credit card payments) just like Scriptlance - Paypal IPN, etc. used so that when a user deposits money it is put into the account automatically Also - you must install this script to begin with - give me a list of email addresses to set up on my cPanel - any ideas on how to make my site stand out amongst the many freelancer sites would be appreciated Please be realistic in your bids. I don't want this project to take more than a week. If you don't understand anything I posted, cannot give me a professional site that looks and functions better than ex low.com than don't bid.
