Please read requirements carefully and bid ONLY if you are fairly certain you can deliver the finished product. Requirements: 1) Want a Craigslist clone. The script has to be capable of doing what craigslist does. 2) No deadline, I prefer someone who can do this RIGHT rather than someome who can do it fast. 3) I know some may respond to this project with a script run by php or MySQL database. NO, that is not what i want. I want the advetisements to be generated in HTML format, similar to Craigslist, see one of the ads on CL below, it is HTML, not php http://newyork.craigslist.org/que/rfs/95643407.html Other parts of the script can be done with php, but each and every single ad should be in html. 4) There should be an easy to use CONTROL PANEL which I can use to run the script. Say if I need to add new categories, etc etc. 5) I will be creating most of the site's pages manually using HTML while incorporating your script into my website through a control panel. I think that's how it should work, am I right ? 6) An example of the home page I have in mind can be found at http://www.drgho.com/cl/index.htm only a couple links are activated just to give you an idea of what I am trying to build. 7) I should be able to add banners across the top, across the bottom, vertically on the left hand side or vertically on the right side if I choose to. Either I do this manually using HTML or through the control panel. 8) I should be able to PIN or anchor some advertisements to the top of the page if I choose to, so that these featured advertisements will always appear at the top of the screen for a particular category. For example, there should be a feature that will allow me to pin the folllowing ad at the top of the real estate for sale category screen if I choose to, http://newyork.craigslist.org/que/rfs/95643407.html 9) To POST an advertisement in a particular category, people will use a form similar to this one: https://post.craigslist.org/nyc/H/rfs/que However, in addition to the fields available above, I should have the option to ADD more fields if I choose to. For example, I most definitely would like to add two more fields, one called SEEK and one called OFFER so that when the advertisement appear like the following, each ad properly classified as either SEEK or OFFER http://www.drgho.com/cl/re3.htm 10) Same as CL, people have to provide a legitimate email address in order to post an ad. Exact same process as CL, ie: people have to confirm by email in order to get their ad published. 11) There should be a SEARCH function available. 12) There should be a FILTER that allows me to censor BAD or vulgar words 13) There should be a minimal of ongoing maintenance required after the script is done. 14) I hope there is a RATING or FEEDBACK system available so that people can rate each other, much like what Scriptlance has. I understand for features like this, it might be better off using a php platform, eg: the rating or feedback feature . I am fine with that, as long as I can incorporate this into the website somehow. 15) The script should be flexible enough so that if I wish to make modifications, add a field, delete a field, add a category, etc etc, it would be easy enough to do through the control panel. Again, I want this to be done RIGHT, not fast. Not everything is as rigid as it sounds, I am flexible for the most part. Please ask as many questions as you want before placing a bid. If you have prior experience in creating Craigslist clones or creating a script for classifieds website, that would be great. ASK LOTS OF QUESTIONS if you are not clear what I am trying to do.
