need a coupon scrip just like the one at http://www.fusionzone.com
for Perl or PHP, plus a few add ons
1. Ability for users to pay via Pay Pal or 2 checkout with a re-route feature
2.Once coupon expires can be put on inactive mode for later re-activation
3. Members can select amount of time their coupon will last based on price
4.Give discount when posting multiple number of coupons - admin can set pricing
5.Admin and members can view stats - views, prints, IP records, etc...
6.Featured coupons on homepage controlled by user by paying extra or admin
7.Most recent coupons added on homepage
8.Display most recent coupons on home page or have user be charged a fee to
9. Corporations must be able to create coupons for all of their stores
10. Individual stores must be able to create coupons only for their store
11. Must be well commented
12. Header & footer to insert our logo and links
13. Email new merchnats with welcome email and info
14. Lost password retrival
15. Admin interface to add/edit fees, give credits, manage users, coupons, set
time limits, fees
