Description:	I had started a Perl script, that was designed for a novice user to be able to login, then create a form and select from basic standard groupings (ie, Contact info, Credit card) and then can create additional groupings, and then add edit or delete fields in the groupings. once complete they add a template (Replacing %%GROUPING%% with the grouping Form. ) so it can be layed out they way they so choose. once they have it designed and the corrrect fields, the then can then build the database, which creates a SQL DB. They then link to the form url from there web site, the web user will enter the form data, and then its placed into the SQL DB. The webmaster can then login and download the data via flat file, or Excel layout or just edit the data from the backoffice... I need this script completed with in a couple of days.
