Description:

We have a website that was started but never completed. it is a clone of
buyerzone.com. The website is 80% completed, we need only now for the payment
gateway where it will store the credit card information and allow for the seller
to setup an account putting his payment information online and the other billing
features that would go along with the site - we also need an optional payment
gateway that will be auto billing if we choose or manual billing depending what
we select for the site. The email functions need to be tested and might need a
bit of tweaking - we need to make sure that when they are billed it will
automatically email them and will email them on basicaly any activity on their
account (i.e. number of leads billed, etc), the website banner advertisment is
inplace must needs to be modified where we can set an expiring limit based on
the amount of advertising time they purchased, and we need a seperate way to
bill them. The admin section is not fully completed we need to beable to see all
of the customers information including the credit card information and we need a
section for sellers that need to be billed where we can show customer who have
been billed, need to be billed and account status etc. there might be a feuw
additions and changes to the site we will require so your NEW bid should reflect
this. WE WILL NOT I REPEAT WILL NOT PAY MORE THEN ALOT FOR THIS AS THE SITE IS
MORE THEN 80% COMPLETED. PLEASE REBID ON THIS REVISED PROJECT!!! We own full
rights to all work, files, uploads, any content related to site.
