project to be very easy. But, I am accepting bids from those who have not as well. In this project I am wanting to add a few things to the script, mostly the way sellers list/post their items. I am not looking for extremely expensive programming here, I was told this would be very easy for someone familiar with PERL. Here is the list of items I need done: - A place where different sellers can "store" their "SELLERS TERMS AND CONDITIONS" so that they would be automatically added to all of the items they list without them having to do anything (without having to manually type or insert their terms and conditions each time they post an item). This is the important thing that needs done, I need this finished with the first couple days that the programmer starts the project... VERY URGENT. - Second, I need a form on the Home Page for sellers to type in their username and password to log in. This would be located on the right side of the page, conveniently for sellers to log in as soon as they visit the site. - Third, I would liike the search page optimized for all of the items to be able to be organized, descending down the page, by: - Newest Items - Ending Soonest - Highest Priced - Lowest Priced - Fourth, I would like another thing added to the home page. This is a "Featured Sellers Box" that shows the top five sellers on the site: ranked by how many items they have listed. - Fifth, and final item in this project. I need a "Navigation Box" (for lack of a better word) inserted on the homepage, as well as all others pages on the site. This is probably very easy to do and could be inserted into the footer of the site. It needs to include every page on the site for users to easily navigate (such as Sell an item, I lost my password, Log in, Site Map, etc.) Well, that about does it. I am looking for a rock bottom price for all of the items. Please no extra fees or charges after you begin the project. I am looking for a fast, efficient, and fair priced programmer.
