Description:	I have a shopping cart that I need to integrate to authorize.net. Specifically, I need to be able to store credit card info on our server and process recurring payments. We have proprietary security technology that will ensure security is not an issue. We are NOT looking to use authorize.net's recurring billing using the initial transaction ID. So in this case we'll not need encryption to be done by you. The customer needs to be able to add a new CC that is then added into their profile. However, only admin needs to be able to remove a cc.
