dentist offices, etc. There will need to be 3 levels of users. First is Administrator which has full access. They can create users of all levels, and see and manage all schedules. When managing appointments as an administrator or employee there should be options for marking time as off-duty, available, vacation, etc. Administrators should be able to add more catagories for this and set whether the categories should show as available or unavailble to the customers. And they should be able to schedule recurring events such as lunch hours, etc. Next is the employee level. They can see and manage all schedules and customer accounts. Next is the customers. They can only see and manage their own appointments. Everything else would appear as either available or unavailable. There should be different schedules or catagories for the different employees such as different hair stylists, dentists, hygenists, etc. Administrators should be able to set up different services within the script and how much time they take. These will show up when people schedule appointments and limit there schuling to spots where there is enough time to complete the service. Administrators and employees should have the ability to override the time of service when they schedule appointments.
