Description:	Hi, Basically, what I need is this. All my resellers, would be provided with WHM. I will limit their number of accounts they can create on startup. And as they purchase more via Credit Card/ Paypal, I would like to increment the package automatically (after payment had been made) I need these features: 1.) Automatic creation of RESELLER accounts after payments. 2.) When existing reseller login, they can make payments for packages: "starter package", "Developer package" via PAYPAL/CREDIT CARD. After payments, it will update the database and then increment the number of domains for the reseller account automatically. 3.) I am more concern with the orders not being reflected/ automatically activated. Because either something is wrong with the IPN.. or something.. How do we go about this issue?
