preliminary list and I will publish a final list before selecting a programmer. This is MOST of the items. It's a big project. I've put a big budget on it, because I want to attract the best of scriptlance. This work needs to be started and completed by the end of next week. (If small items are not finished, this is ok, but big stuff must be done). This will require multiple programmers. I tip VERY WELL for good solid professional work. Please do not bid if you do not have feedback from 10 unique webmasters. If you are going to bid, I will only consider your bid if you open a PMB and reply to the following: 1. Confirm you can finish by Friday if selected by Tuesday. In order to be finished Friday, most of the work will need to be completed by Wednesday for tweaking on Thursday and final tweaking on Friday. Heavy work on Tuesday/Wednesday. Confirm you have the manpower to dedicate to this. I do not want just 1 programmer to work on this, because I want many of these projects to be worked on at the same time. 2. Tell me the hours you work. 3. Tell me any of the items you cannot do. I need to know this so I can create new projects if necessary. It is ok if you cannot do an item - just tell me. 4. Provide me with 3 links (just 3) of recent work, or a link to your portfolio. Project items: BIG ITEMS: 1. Creating shipping labels. We want to be able to export orders to labels, if possible. If not possible, we want to be able to export into excel. - WE ALREADY have a button in OSC that exports to excel, but it needs a little tweaking - sometimes the item descriptions run together, things like that. If we can clean this up, we can figure out the word part. - Basically, we want to be able to click a button in OSC and have it export all the unshipped orders into word. Is this possible? Do you have experience with this? 2. http://tinyurl.com/czx4m - Next to BUY NOW, I would like an input box so someone can indicate how many they want to purchase. The default will be 1. - Same thing for this page: http://tinyurl.com/awv3c - If this is not possible, I have another solution in mind. OSC PROJECTS 3. Right now, we have no way to search through orders - for example, if I want to search for someone's last name. I want the ability to search order history for any field (name, email, address, etc. Wildcard search) 4. We have two sized bands - adult and youth. They are separate items in OSC. One problem we have is that if someone orders 1 of each, they pay a lot in shipping. Is there a way to change this? 5. In OSC, when someone places an order, they get a thank you email that goes out automatically. I know there are fields you can use (such as $total or something like that) - I would like this email to list the items ordered on the bottom - so it's more like a receipt. Easy to do I think. 6. We sell tshirts. Is there a way in OSC to track the stock of individual sizes of shirts? I know how to track stock for items, but this seems harder for tshirts which have different sizes. 7. Ability to search order history for any field (name, email, address, etc. Wildcard search) WEB PROJECTS 8. Right now, if people try to print our pages it does not work. Is there a way to fix this? Can we have a little 'printer icon' on each page that someone can click? 9. After you put something in your cart, I want the shopping cart page rearranged. The buttons are current from left to right, but I want them to go top to bottom in this order: Update (this button should be changed to UPDATE QUANTITY Continue Shopping Checkout - The reason for this is that people are changing the quantities and not clicking update, so I want it to be more obvious. 10. Fix change shipping address page to look like others - right now, our 'change shipping page' has the wrong kind of buttons. I also want to make this page a little easire to use. Easy fixes. 11. On our contact page http://tinyurl.com/8ejpm , there are some funny errors for different combinations of inputs. Needs to be tweaked. Easy fix. - Also need another checkbox on that page for 'Website comments' - Also, the place where you put your comments is too small - right now you can only see two lines, so I'd like that to be taller 12. On our homepage, we have an order counter that goes up whenever anyone has ordered a band - but this only works when someone orders LARGE bands. So we need this code tweaked to go up as well when SMALL bands are ordered. Easy fix. 13. We have a page during our checkout process where someone can choose to donate to us. I want to add a question to that page to ask people where they heard of us. This will be a dropdown page with a few entries, and also an input box for. 14. The confirmation page of our checkout process has some 'edit' links on it, if you want to change your address or something - but these go to the wrong pages. Needs to be fixed. 15. http://tinyurl.com/dhcb3 This page is messed up. It needs to be a standard news page. I have a model that I want used. Simple project. 16. On the homepage - the news links on the right side come from those news items, but I don't want that. I want those to draw from the blog items, if possible. If not I will come up with something easier for this part of the page. 17. We'd like a photo gallery page...how hard would this be? Additional Info (Added 6/4/2005 at 2:18 EST)...
