I need a script that does the following and stores the results in a mysql
database.
1) given a url, the script downloads the contents of the url.
2) if the url is html or other browser parsable code, the script will then parse
all the images, frames, iframes, scripts and other browser seen media, and
download those as well
3) after all page elements are downloaded, the time required to download the
elements, as well as the total bandwidth used in doing so, is recorded to the
database.
the purpose of the script is to mimmick a website browser's experience in
loading a website, and give an indication of how long it would normally take to
fully render the page. as such, any images, scripts, frames, or media that would
be loaded by a normal browser should also be loaded by the script
for example, tags, tags, tags, tags, tags, or regular frames should be
loaded and counted.
anything not normally loaded loaded by the browser such as external links (a
href tags for example), sould not be loaded or counted.

tags, and regular frames should all be loaded and counted.
if a frame or iframe loads an html document or script, the images and other
related scripts loaded from this subdocument should also be loaded and included.
