We need an experienced php programmer/designer/architect to develop a site that will basically annouce the future opening of our service and enable us to collect marketing information on our future consumers (via a form). The programmer has to be familiar with the developement of ecommerce and multilingual database-intensive php-based website. Additionally, it will be great if this programmer has some knowledge in website design (layout, design of buttons, icons, ..). This website (2/3 pages) has already been specified. Check the attached document. We approach this project as the opportunity to evaluate the work of a good programmer/designer/architect.
