Description:	I need a script to enable users to a database for websites. If a website is not in the database, it will be added upon the first search. There should be a section on each website's page to comment/review the site. The database should be accessible only to the admin, and very secure. The admin interface should list all sites in the database, as well as have moderation options for the comments on each site.
