Description:	I have a shopping cart and when you add something to your cart shipping is calculaed. Sometimes it can take up to 15 seconds to display the page and in that time the page os blank. Most people think it is dead. So I would like for the page to say something like "please wait while shipping is calculated for your order" while the rates are being calculated. If you go to priceline.com and search for a flight you will see what I mean, it does the same thing. I know this must be real simple but I do not know how to do it.
