Paying too much for web hosting?

We need a online POS system for mobile techs and sales professionals. This is
to be used internally only, should have all the major features of the following
program:
Instant Quote Professional

Major features should be:
1) Customer Database
2) Vendor Database
3) Quotes & Invoice (manual by the tech)
4) Parts database
5) Service ticket (like that in IQP)
6) Reports (like that in IQP)
7) Customer POS (from site)
We need a perfessional look and feel to the site. This will be a module to the
main site, which is in development now.
There should be four access levels - client, sales, tech, and management.
Back in should be username/password secure. Client should be able to track past
purchases, service orders, etc.
CC/Paypal/Mail in/Manual payment screens. (Manual should be on
sales/tech/management side only for cash payments at the retail site.
