I
need a good web designer that can do wonders with text instead of picture for my
header. You have to be a
programmer with experience in PHP, MySQL and web design. You need to have prior
experience with latest
Vbulletin forum board and PHPBB forum skin conversion to bulletin’s.

Here is the work I need:
1. First you need to remove all my phpbb (empty board) files on my web host. I
need you to install on my
host my new board, the latest vbulletin board realeased by www.vbulletin.com ,
with a Spanish language pack.
Board must be installed properly and secured!
2. Download 6 phpbb skins (1 style, 6 different colors) and Spanish language
pack at phpbbstyles.com or one
at vbulletin, not sure which one you should use.

This is the skins I need in 6 colors.

Morpheus eXtreme Red
Morpheus eXtreme DarkBlue
Morpheus eXtreme Gray

Please note these are not the Morpheus styles but Morpheus eXtreme styles which
are what I need. You need to
convert them to vbulletin forum style and install them in my vbulletin forum
with SteelBlue as the default skin.
I guess when you convert one skin, the other 5 are easily done as they are the
same style.
3. Create a pictureless header which will contain my menu links (8 links
notlinked anywhere now) in text only
and logo (the only image). I need somebody that can do art, wonders with text
for the menu. This will be the
header of my forum and needs to be presentable and light weight. The only image
it will contain is my logo
which measures 254 length x 116 height. This header will appear across all
pages of the forum.
Below the header and above the forum a big letterhead banner will go (728x90).
That is an advertising banner I
can put there manually. This banner also will appear across all pages of the
forum. I am installing a banner
program later on but that work is not for you.
4. Support for 7 days after job is delivered to me in the case I have problems
with the board or skins.

Final product.
A fully working, error free, vbulletin forum in Spanish language with 6 skins of
6 different colors to choose
from to change appearance of the forum at anytime with a few clicks. A nice
imageless header with text menu
and my logo (the only image allowed - I have my own logo). Large centered
banner that goes between the header
and forum.
Full support for a week after site is delivered to me in case of any errors,
skin problems or anything. Whatever
I miss here, numbered instructions above will overwrite.
