The site must allow for the follow Customer side -paid subscription (including payment processing via P'Pal -trial subscription (with admin definable time limit) -auto sign up by customer w/their email & password -capture approximately 30 fileds of data (including picture uploads) -simple pull down menus , plus text & photos (must be able to set variable for paid vs trial) -auto expirations w/notices (at least 3) -user edits -multiple ads by same customer -unique customer code & ad code generated with each ad (must be cross referenceable) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Renter side -must be able to start on partially static page with local area content -will require ability to link to multiple sub locations content , down to community details (all provided by site admin) -menu search for property by either location or unit size -must have ability to show property list by locations page, then sorted by unit size OR by units size, then sorted by locations, with ability to link to location for more info --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Must also have the ability to sign (regardless of placing ad) up for a private owner forum area -data capture info similar owner ad info, but with extra fields unique to forum -will need to be able to display a table of owner data (that may or may not be linked to rental ad) for other owner viewing. -this area will also require ability for owners to click on another owners email ID and fill in form for auto creation of a record, auto submittal to the owner w/copy to site admin. The receiver will then need to be able to login into private forum and open message content for follow up (possible email notification to original sender) -*nice feature to be able to track poster vs receiver counts of these emails (and display generic stats by user) ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **This site must then be portable to setup on a hosted server and be able to repeat program for a similar site in a different region (new content) So, it must be simple enough to allow me to edit HTML content areas and a few limited fields (city, locations) -----Deliverables----- 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
