Paying too much for web hosting?

$5 to anyone that can answer both questions below for me and give me a workable
solution. Payable via Paypal or GAF money transfer.
I have two php files and I would like to have those PHP files pick up a variable
in the URL and use that variable to update a <php require> and other
embedded URLs in the php files.
PHP File #1:
Inbound URL: www.XXXXX.com/catalog/index.php?id=YYYYY
<?php require("../includes/catalog/YYYYY.htm"); ?>
PHP File #2:
Inbound URL: www.XXXXX.com/product/index.php?id=ZZZZZ
<?php require("../includes/product/ZZZZZ.htm"); ?>
But the catch is with PHP file #2 I want the .htm file referenced in the <php
require> to be able to use the ZZZZZ variable to dynamically pull graphics
and create text etc.
For example, in the file "../includes/product/ZZZZZ.htm"
