Upload form would have other info in it which can be created by admin.
User can log back into account and view uploads and request files to be deleted
but can not del them.
User can add files to dir but only up to 100 megs total files.
Before user can upload must respond to email verify.
Admin:
Option for upload types: .jpg .gif .png .txt .pdf
Option to allow users on fly or verify by email.
Option for amount of dir size create by script for each use.
Allow add space for user/s.
Allow others to view Admin choice.
Allow add names of users with dif levels of view.
Admin view of all users and view info on each user.
Able to make changes of any user.
View info from form data which can be created by admin so yes form creation.
which must have mail protection built in.
Able to view .jpg etc in gallery mode.
All files must work on session/cookie for login written to database and removed
close of browser. Keep track of user login.
