Description:	Tracking & Payment System for active website needed. I will be paying website members to submit content. I currently have cms and profile components running (Joomla 1.1 and Community Builder) and would like to expand these to allow for more detailed statistic tracking, and payment system. Members will be paid for performance of their content submitted, so program will need to calculate payments and send them out when accounts reach a specified amount, and payment is approved. Members will also be paid for referrals, so for every referral email they send that successfully returns a new member they will be paid a specified amount.
