Description:	I'm looking for an already made template based simple CMS system in PHP/MYSQL. Ideally, the CMS should create static pages where the url (filenames) show the page's title i.e about-us.html - If not, mod_rewrite versions are also welcome. The interfaces should be VERY user friendly as this is for non-technical users (in their 50-60's) The content editors should be WYSIWYG, and users should be able to upload images too. Users should be able to specify meta keywords and descriptions for each page as well. I don't need exclusive rights, only resell rights as this is mostly for my own clients...
