Description:	I need someone to create a page with a given template that has a map of the united states with the states clickable and once clicked it shows the retailers that sell our product. Further the page has a zip code entry where one can enter the zip code and how far away they want to search. Results are posted below the map. I figure its a php script with maybe a little design in there to make it all come together. Also, it might require extracting data from the websites of the distributors that sell our product. For example, since our product is in 7-11 stores nationally, you have to extract from their sites all of the 7-11's in the United States. There are no more then 5 retailers like that.
