In order to qualify for this project you must have worked with eBays api before.
Please send me links to examples of your work if possible.
I need to have the eBay api call GetSellerList built in PHP 5.
The documentation for GetSellerList is located here

I need for it to use the following inputs
<StartTimeFrom> dateTime </StartTimeFrom>
<StartTimeTo> dateTime </StartTimeTo>
<UserID> UserIDType (string) </UserID>
What I need it to do setup a cron job to grab the certain items for a seller
every 2 hours. What it will do is retrieve the main picture for the auction.
It will then save the auction image to a folder and create a thumbnail for the
image. It will need to save the image and image thumbnail as the
"itemnumber.jpg"
I would like to be able to control the quality of the thumbnails if possible.
