Paying too much for web hosting?

In the past i advertised on Kelkoo and i had to give no data to Kelkoo but all
they did that sent their spiders and they collected information from my site and
in few days all my site products were showing on kelkoo.
I have developed a mall system which is oscommercemall.
It has main store and many mini stores in it.
Customers search and in search results products are shown which are offered by
different mini stores.
I would like that if it is possible that a company wants to advertise products
on my mall and i collect information of that company products by spidering their
site.
Spiders bring back the information required which may be product url,picture
url,description and price.
I would like to store this information in database and would like to link my
website search with this data base and on matching search keyword and any word
of product name the product of that company also shows under my website search
results and for that a new box under search results can be allocated to show all
spidered companies.
There must be a way to show or put products on hold in case of any payment
issue.Ideally a table of all such companies with clicks authorised and clicks
made and a radio button to put company on hold if number of clicks exceeds the
number of clicks purchased.I do not mind doing it manually but if you can devise
a system to control it automatically then that will be great.I already have ppc
smart cgi script installed and if some one can link it with that to buy clicks
etc then even that is acceptable.
