Description:	I have a casino portal with database that can be seen at http://www.easycoins.net/sign-in-bonus-casinos.php The ratings you can see there are calculated after the bonus, the casino gives. Now I want to add an interactive rating. I understand a bit of php and am controlling my database. The User should be able to see the average user rating and rate the casino by his own. To avoid fraud they should only be able to rate each casino once per IP-Adress and/or cookie. I think it would be the best to get two more colums in my db.
