Description: |
I need a php script to parse a folder of files that will have a date as the file name, then display a link to the files for the current month, and below them will display a link to monthly folders. Then when a user clicks a folder link, it will display a link to the files for that month. This script will be quick and easy work for someone who knows what they are doing. For example say the archive folder contains the following files february_3_2006.html february_10_2006.html january_25_2006.html january_20_2006.html january_15_2006.html december_30_2005.html december_26_2005.html december_20_2005.html december_14_2005.html december_8_2005.html december_2_2005.html november_31_2005.html november_20_2005.html october_31_2005.html october_17_2005.html I want the archive page to display: [a href="http://www.domain.com/archive/february_10_2006.html"]February 10 2006[/a] [a href="http://www.domain.com/archive/february_3_2006.html"]February 3 2006[/a] [a href="http://www.domain.com/archive/something"]January 2006[/a] [a href="http://www.domain.com/archive/something"]Decemeber 2005[/a] [a href="http://www.domain.com/archive/something"]November 2005[/a] [a href="http://www.domain.com/archive/something"]October 2005[/a] Then if I were to click on the December 2005 link, it should only display: [a href="http://www.domain.com/archive/december_30_2005.html"]December 30 2005[/a] [a href="http://www.domain.com/archive/december_26_2005.html"]December 26 2005[/a] [a href="http://www.domain.com/archive/december_20_2005.html"]December 20 2005[/a] [a href="http://www.domain.com/archive/december_14_2005.html"]December 14 2005[/a] Also the urls that display a link to the pages for a given month must be search engine friendly (ie: not use ? and & in the query strings). Example: Good: http://www.domain.com/archive/january/2006 Bad: http://www.domain.com/archive/archive.php?month=January&year=2006 Like I said this script will be quick and easy work for someone who knows what they are doing. Happy bidding. Related Projects: This project is the proprietary information of .
