Description:	I am looking for a custom shoutbox for phpnuke. It will be treated as a block on my nuke website. Located on the right hand side of the navigation. http://www.bnetweb.com for an example of what it will need to be. It will need a textarea to type in the message, and administration panel to delete/edit posts by admins (preferably integrated with phpnuke but not required). Members will only be able to post on the Shoutbox when logged in, and I do not want it to be scrolling like many nuke shoutboxes are. 10 shouts displayed on the box, and a link to all shouts that loads a page of current history of the shoutbox.
