   Shopping Cart Like Prog, Easy!

I want a VERY Simple Program that will pull items out of a tab Delimited file,
and list them in a shopping cart format.
The File will be uploaded by a 3rd party to a selected directory in a ftp
folder. The Program should look for the file each time it loads the page to only
load current Data.
There will be NO need to have any sort of Ordering or Purchasing.
It just needs to look like a shopping cart. The Option to change to a few
different Templates would also Be GREAT!
In Reality, It will just be reading the flat file, maybe sort items and be
searchable, but when it displays the items image, it should have a button next
to the item (buy now or something) when the user Clicks the button it will be a
link that is also in the flat file that will be an affiliate link to that item
on the feed providers site.
We will need full rights to redistribute this program to our users.

A Mock up of the site template should be provided for us to decide who to
select.
