we are looking for an experienced server administrator to assist us with a
current server issue:
issues seem to be that apache crashes about 1 -5 minutes after being restarted,
all sites are currently suspended (cpanel)
could be ddos or php vulnerability issue

explanation form my hosting company:
servermatrix= This issue looks to be caused by apache spawning a large number of
unused child process

i need this issues resolved asp, server needs to be checked for security and
updated if necessary.
