Description:	Hi, I need someone to create a mailer that can send an email out to my 10,000 Members when I choose. It needs to be created in a way that will allow me to email the first 1500 in my database then the next hour I should be able to email the next 1500 members in the database and so on.... until I have emailed my entire list. The reason I need this created is this. My Webhost will only allow me to mail no more than 2,000 per hour. If I do try to send it out it sends out 2,000 and the rest of the email becomes unrouted email and bounces back to me. Please only bid if you can create this as I have stated above.
