Paying too much for web hosting?

Here are some modifications I need done to GlobalPPC.com
Search Results -
Only show bid amounts for paid search results. If the show=1 and pay=0 for a
given country then bid= $0.00 in search.php, viewcat.php, xml.php and
javascript.php.
Search Module -
I need a search module added that integrates the XML feed from
InternetSearchNetwork.com.
Optimization -
Statistic updates should be done via CRON script, not subroutine in search.
Appearance -
Clean up and simplify the affiliate and advertiser member areas.
• Make posting of listings less confusing for members
o Should not have to post keywords twice to list sites in viewcat.php
and in search.php
o If they posted a time period to list a site and it expired, if no
future time periods are listed send an email to advertiser telling them their
account balance and that they need to add a time period for their listings to
appear again. (via CRON script)
Portability -
powerpps3_config in the MySQL database should be converted to a flat file so
that the domain specific information can be changed for different websites but
all of the websites can still maintain all of the accounts, listings, etc.

Also, from what I can see, logs and statics seem to hang around
forever and never get deleted. I would also like to have these set up in admin
so you can display only logs or stats from a certain month, member, country,
etc. The way it is now, it just shows 800 pages of logs and statistic with no
real way to choose what you want to look at.
